Women discuss money at the Grand Forum Marie Claire

Once again, the Grand Forum Marie Claire took to the stage to debate women’s empowerment and this year Marie Claire France bought together women entrepreneurs, politicians, human resources experts and the media to discuss the theme of women and money. With French journalist Florence Dauchez and Marie Claire France team, the goal was to support women in their professional (and private) development and to provide them with the financial and negotiation skills. Since 1983, the Penal Code established that for equal work, there is equal salary, however more than 35 years later there is still a pay gap of 26% between women and men in France. The forum was hosted at the new WeWork Paris co-working event space in Rue Layfayette and the innovative venue provided the perfect environment to share experiences, debate and host roundtables. The on trend topic and versatile forum contributed to a really engaging and vibrant experience for the attendees. The Grand Forum Marie Claire was in partnership with Hello bank.
