Marie Claire Arabia’s March issue celebrates International Women’s Day and Mother’s Day.

On this special occasion, Marie Claire Arabia celebrated mothers and the power they acquire from the moment their children start growing in their wombs.
Marie Claire Arabia focused on pregnancy and motherhood through art, by commissioning 9 wonderful Arab artists based in different countries around the world to create artworks in which they showcase their own vision and representation of an expecting mother (the idea of creating and giving life, the concept of two bodies consolidating, as well as the whole range of feelings, emotions, and thoughts some of them have experienced on a personal level). Each of these artists produced art based on her own experience with pregnancy, or the experience of someone around her. The result was more than the 9 artwoks published in the magazine, what emerged were 9 different stories, experiences, and visions!
